Parrot ID needed

I have seen this parrot so many times on my visits to Emerald Animal World, South Africa, yet I have no clue to what species it might be.

I have looked into parakeet which I presume it is, but that didn't yield any results.

Two of these photos show it compared to a Nanday Conure and I think they might have paired, is the original species maybe a hybrid?
