Hey everyone, I’m fairly new here and just wanted to see if anyone wanted any particular photo requests for a specific animal. I’m currently trying to work my way up to a real DSLR camera with a good lens which should be getting in a few months but am working with my iPhone camera. It does pale in comparison to the real deal but I just want to get used to taking photos during most times of the year for which I have a membership to the zoo for an additional 11 months. And hopefully some of you have liked some of my amateur pics on the forum. Have a good day!
 
For someone who just moved out of LA earlier this month, I really miss those animals.
If you may, please keep me updated on the sifaka baby who is turning 1 this September.
My other fave is the hoofstock nursery. Please take some pictures of the 2019 gerenuks calves when you get the time.

I’m actually going tomorrow so I’ll try to get some, the sifaka will be squirrelly for picture time but I’ll do my best!

LOL! Squirrelly is a very accurate description, and that round house is a pain when it comes to photography.
This is one of my best attempts at photographing him when I was there.

Damn that’s such a good photo, I can’t live up to that with my iPhone camera haha But I’ll give it a shot, no pun intended, and try to get them especially the young one! And thank you!

Unable to get a good picture of sifaka, all we’re hiding up in their hammocks, but was able to see the new gerenuk calf!
