Plans For 2013?

Columbus Zoo
Mandalay bay Aquarium

I know I'm going to the LV zoo and the aquarium but Im not sure about the Columbus Zoo. Anyone know any good zoos within a couple hours of San Diego.

If you don't mind me asking, why are you going to the Las Vegas Zoo?
Los Angeles Zoo isn't too far from San Diego.
Anyways, it turns out I won't be going to Florida this year, so Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, Lowry Park Zoo, and Mote Aquarium are unfortunately not possible. However, I might go to Smithsonian's National Zoo in April if the bear cubs are out, and the National Aquarium in Baltimore in August.

My plans updated plans:
-I was planing on going the the Shedd Aquarium earlier this week but the line was 2 hours long. Fortunately, right next door to it is the Field Museum so I decided to go to there instead. I am still planing on going to the Shedd sometime soon.
-I probally will go to the Lowry Park Zoo as I go to atleast 1 Florida zoo every year and that and Jacksonville are the only major zoos I have not been to.
-I still want to go to the Saint Louis Zoo sometime this summer but I probally will not be able to go.
-I also am hoping to go to the Peoria Zoo, Wildlife Prairie State Park (also in Peoria), and the Miller Park Zoo.

Well things haven't gone quite to plan as the week I was in London (Jan 12-20) coincided with heavy snow and I never made it to London Zoo or Whipsnade. However I did make it back to Edinburgh Zoo earlier this month and have been to the Highland Wildlife Park 4 times already this year. I also made it to the Five Sisters Zoo, the Scottish Deer Centre and the Scottish Sealife Sanctuary and while visiting friends in Warrington I made my first visits to Knowlsey Safari Park and Chester Zoo.

Well 2013 turned out to be my best ever zoo year, helped mainly by the fact that I wasn't working and because I travelled quite a bit. In summary,

Jul - Jurong Bird Park; Singapore Zoo, Night Safari and River Safari; Singapore SEA Aquarium
Aug - Edward Youde Aviary, Hong Kong; Hong Kong Zoo; Ocean Park, Hong Kong; Khao Kheow Open Zoo, Thailand (2)
Sep - Edward Youde Aviary; Chiang Mai Zoo (2); Chiang Mai Night Safari; Chiang Rai Zoo; Doi Tung Wildlife Breeding Centre; Korat Zoo

I think that all equated to 56 zoo visits in the year so definitely won't be able to match that this year!
