Here is an article about a park that is being planned near Atlanta called Georgia Safari Conservation Park. It will feature a drive-through safari, zoo, and treetop lodging:

Just read through the article and wow this is an ambitious idea! 5 different continents and a drive through safari!

This could be a nice development if it comes to fruition (which I hope it does). Please note they are still in phase one of the fundraising mode so nothing is being built yet. There have been similar plans in the region that came to nothing (cough *JimFowler* cough).
