I am working on a proposal to our company to expand our program. We currently house 1 bear in a large enclosure, however after much consultation, my team and I are looking to introduce and make space for an additional bear or two depending on availability and needs.
The company who oversees us is interested in learning more, and I am making my pitch however I am collecting information on overall benefits for them to invest in enclosure redesign and overall maintenace cost of long term housing.
Does anyone have any insight or resources I can dig up to help purpose the benefits of increased revenue or visitation when introducing a new animal to facility?
The facility itself is fantastic, with a huge amount of natural space. It doesnt require much to invest in (ballpark $80k I need for upgrades) but I do need to jusitfy how it will benefit visitation.
