Hello all! I stopped by the Prospect Park Zoo in Brooklyn, N.Y. today and in preparation for my trip decided to prepare a species list. This is based on (in order of importance) my visit, Youtube tour videos made since its recent re-opening and the zoo's Instagram account posts since its re-opening as well as tagged photos. I also made a list of past species just because it's something I'm personally interested in and if anyone else is interested I may start a new thread and post it. Thank you and enjoy!

() = Breed, subspecies or other designation
* = Unspecified species
' = Repeated species
^ = Free-roaming species

A few follow-up notes from my visit:
-Pig-Nosed Turtle was definitively off-exhibit but still signed, so I'm assuming they're still there
-I was not able to find the Anderson's Crocodile Newts, Solomon Islands Skink, any of the Pleco species, Bushynose Catfish, Barred Catfish, Hillaire's Toadhead Turtle, Pictus Catfish or Freshwater Angelfish but all were still signed and I imagine they can also hide relatively easily, so I'm assuming they're still there
-The fish housed with the Pig-Nosed Turtle is my best guess as to what they are, as they were not signed
-Demoiselle Crane is still signed with the Tufted Deer despite now being in the aviary
-The first instance of Swinhoe's Pheasant, Vietnamese Mossy Frog, La Palma Glass Frogs, second instance of Common Shelducks, Rock Partridges and Red-Breasted Goose were unsigned
-The behind-the-scenes species are based on relatively recent pictures from the zoos' social media, tagged photos and their website

Does the facility still hold black-tailed prairie dogs, Central American agoutis or domestic guinea pigs anymore?

Thank you so much for the question! No they do not hold any of those species anymore to my knowledge. The Southern Pudu are now where the Black-Tailed Prairie Dogs used to be housed. The prairie dogs and the agouti are both on my former species list I posted in Zoo History, I was not aware they held domestic guinea pigs. Do you know where they were in the zoo?
