I visited the zoo on May 28th, 2022, and below are the species that were signed/seen. I noticed this zoo did not have a species list yet posted so I figured why not.
A couple of notes, the rain forest room in the EcoCenter was not open due to Avian Flu on my visit so I have no idea what species currently reside in there. The zoo has a two-toed sloth on the cover of their guide map so I would assume at least that is in there. The domestic goose and American White Pelican were on exhibit, but not in their signed regular exhibits due to Avian Flu. They were located in the Speke's Gazelle and East African Crowned Crane exhibit.
In regard to domesticated animals, I don't have much interest in different breeds unless they are clearly labeled (which the cattle were, but easily identifiable regardless), so I am not able to distinguish what breed they are.
Species will be grouped by which area of the zoo they were in and per exhibit they were in, so if a species is listed twice, they showed up in two separate exhibits. Similarly, if species are separated by a comma, it was a mixed species exhibit.
