San Diego Zoo Question about elephant odyssey

Hi planing to visit san diego zoo this year, but first want to know when is elephant odyssey opening, does anybody knows the exact day, or target month, any info would be really helpful, i tried looking it up, but only found vague information, nothing concrete, i do not want to go before the opening.

There is no concrete date for the opening. It will be finished sometime after Memorial Day, in June. They want to have it open by Memorial Day, but somehow I don't see that happening...
