Record Keeping Forms

This may sound strange, but I am trying to put together a manual for zookeepers in Romania and I do not want to try and re-invent the wheel. So I am looking for a number of various forms that are used in all areas where record keeping is carried out.

If anyone has forms that work I would be very grateful for a copy.

Is it possible to e-mail these forms to you? We have forms for food consumption, weights, enrichment, training, diets, diet change requests, medication, employee performance reviews, etc. I'd be happy to forward some to you. I can also send them by snail mail if you send me an address.

There are also the german books "Zootierhaltung" which could be exactly what you need.
