I Just been to both the San Diego Zoo and it's Safari Park for the first time and they did not disappoint, but I was wondering what animal ambassadors they have at both places since I didn’t have time to see them?

San Diego Zoo at least has some of the following species on their ambassador team;

- Blue-Tongued Skink
- Ball Python
- Kingsnake (sp?)
- African Four-Toed Hedgehog
- Ground Cuscus
- Banded Palm Civet
- Common Wombat
- Common Raven
- Milky Eagle Owl
- Fennec Fox
- Prehensile-Tailed Porcupine
- Linne's Two-Toed Sloth
- Southern Tamandua
- North American Porcupine
- Virginia Opossum
- Grey Wolf
- Channel Island Fox
- Gambian Giant Pouched Rat

The main free shows are, all rotate through their animals at random:

12pm Africa Rocks stage, I have seen an Aardvark, Serval, and an Owl.

1pm Basecamp has 30 to 40 animals they rotate through, typically 1 per day, but occasionally they have a pre-show or a 2nd animal. This is where a Sloth, wombat, Pygmy falcon, tamandua, beaver, north American and Brazilian Porcupines, Hero Rats, and many others.

2pm Wildlife Wonders show in the Wegeforth Bowl has 4+ animals on stage. They have about 30+ animals also. Zoo members can be seated at 1:40pm, day pass at 1:50pm. They do a pre-show for members at times and even for all!! They have a sloth, cheetah/dog duo, N. American porcupine, opossum, 3 wolves, New Guinea singing dogs, beaver, macaws, tenrec, raccoon, owl, hawks, Andean Condor, and more!!

There are various tours you can purchase.

There is a 1pm Animals in Action behind the scenes show that has various animals, such as a clouded leopard, sloth, cheetah, African Porcupines, and many others. They rotate through multiple animals, and when I went we were able to feed the Giraffes also!!

I know I am missing many of the animals, but that's what I can think of right now. Download the zoo app and they have their animals listed with a description.
