Hey Everyone,
This is my frist post. I'm truly looking forward to talking & listening to things happening with the forum. My absolute dream is to one day visit Australia Zoo for a couple of days. Would even love to volunteer there while on hoilday. It would be a dream come true.:)

I love animals, & live down south in Louisiana. So Australia is a long way away. But, I do hope with this chat, I can learn even more about animals.

Do you have alligators in your backyard?
My mother has had koalas in her back yard!

My home zoo I'm not to pleased with at the moment. Recently they have started doing some work, finally. Re-doing & adding some new animals. Should be at least 75% better than it was before. I always thought the animals looked sad.

Yes there are a few alligators around, but believe me I had much rather have koalas in my backyard.

Really looking forward to chatting. And to just let you know in advance, I am a Steve Irwin Fan (for lack of a better word) I believe in what he did. I love all animals, except, I know is a no-no word with animals, but spiders I cannot handle. ha ha
