Also look at waza.org in the 'virtual zoo'. Click through to the species you want, then click 'in the zoo'. They have collected various husbandry recommendations from around the world. Not sure what kind of info you are looking for, but I find it helpful as a last resort for species not covered by the traditional manuals (AZA, APHIS, EAZA, etc).
