When you arrive you walk around a good 10 20 acres and then get a safari lorry to central village through zebras etc. then you see them and some more animals on foot .then you get another lorry through and past bison tigers and bears then you can get either a lorry back to central village or walk down the rafiki path and through the aviry to the exit
There have been some moves between the city zoo in Madrid and Selwo A. as both are withing the Parques Reunidos company.
What I would like to know: before they had a white rhino pair and the female Olimpia was part of the fated AI attempts in the rhino that would not breed naturally in both Estepona and Madrid. Now we all know that the Madrid one ended in a male calf ...
The Estepona story went dead after that though. Now, quite recently stumbled upon a news item that the male bred by AI at Madrid Zoo was transferred here and that he has company by a male named Beny? Whatever happened to their breeding pair?
