Sickle-billed vangas.

Hi everybody, does anyone have informations about the sickle-billed vangas (Falculea palliata) of Walsrode ? I read somewhere they bred them in the past but now just 2 individuals remain.
Are there any other institutions where these interesting birds are kept ?
