People just aren't interested in them, unfortunately 
Hooded and hog-nosed show up at places that do rescue on very rare occasions, but they're usually rehab/release animals that don't go on show. There's maybe one of each on exhibit at any given time. Spotteds are slightly more common, at less than 10 facilities, and I believe all of those are non-releasable rescues, as well. There's nearly 300 facilities in the USA with striped, a lot coming from the pet industry.
