I will add more as I recall them

I have some more I remember:
African Crested Porcupine: where the prehensile tailed porcupines are now
Muntjac: In the outdoor colobus monkey exhibit that used to be the spider monkey exhibit. Also briefly in with the black necked crane.
Gray Fox: in Yukon Creek area
Bali Mynah: In small exhibit in Windows to the Wild, last time I was there the exhibit was empty, so I think they left but not 100 percent sure.
Skunk: In the cabin in Yukon Creek briefly.
Koala: Temporary exhibit in the summer of 2014 in Windows to the Wild.
Emperor Tamarin: Windows to the Wild
Mastchie’s Tree Kangaroo: in the indoor exhibit where spider monkeys were and now silvery cheeked hornbill is.
Spectacled Owl: Windows to the Wild
Straw Colored Fruit Bat- Windows to the Wild

I don't know for certain, but I want to say I saw an old video of the zoo once that had a different caprid species instead of markhor.
