I'm fed up by these email notifications that someone replied in some thread. I didn't set this up I never wanted to be notified and everytime I delete all subsciptions, new are mysteriously added. I don't have time to search all settings if there is or is not a solution - just stop it. I didn't want to subscribe to anything and this should be default. Otherwise I will consider it as pure spam and act accordingly.

When you reply to a thread, before you hit "Submit", scroll down to "Thread subscription." Make sure it is set the way you want.
Better yet: In the upper left of this page, see "Tools" and scroll there down to "User Control Panel" "Edit Options."
There, you can set your default "Messaging and notifications."
In the meantime, in your Profile, you can see...and delete..all your current subscriptions.

@docend24: everyone on here has the power to receive or delete anything that they choose, which is a wonderful trait of this website. Zooplantman has given you sound advice, and it is totally up to you what you do or do not receive in regards to either written threads or photo gallery comments. It's your decision whether or not to subscribe to anything on here.
