Storks, Hamerkop, and Shoebill in North America

I just got word from a new contact from the San Diego Zoo Safari Park that their male Storm’s stork “Stormy” passed away.

According to my contact, he was over 20 years old. Thankfully, I have pictures of him from my last trip back in 2024.

Rest in Peace, Stormy.
