I am aware that this collection has already had a mention in connection with Whale Sharks...or has it. The Dalian animal collections are a bit of a name confusion. This place has what is probably the worst polar bear accommodation in the world.

That polar bear exhibit along with the Arctic fox bookshelf are disgusting, there is a thread elsewhere suggesting Asia may be taking over on quality over Europe and North America, on this evidence, Asia's case has been put back by quite a bit, shocking!

Why a bookshelf anyway? I have had issues with foxes [admittedly not Arctic], taking chickens, but they don't seem to go for books in quite the same way.
