Closed Support payments

I rejoined ZooChat recently after being absent for a period of time. Using PayPal I sent in a support payment of $25. Since then I have requested that the "ZooChat Supporter" emblem be applied to my name so that other users would know I have paid and perhaps encourage them to pay as well. My requests have been sent to the email address under "Contact" as well as by using the automated email form provided. However, I have not received a reply.

I am concerned at two levels: (1) why I am not getting any response to my requests for help and (2) worried that ZooChat is actually running on automatic without any adult supervision.

Has anyone else sent in a help message and failed to receive a response? Does anyone know if the owner/operator is present and responsive? Does anyone have an operational email, phone number or other means to contact ZooChat help?

I was in touch with Sim a couple of days ago, he is around.
 
Same here, washaw, I payed about a month ago and still no "supporter" emblem. I didn´t give it much thoughts, just assumed that they don´t do that anymore.. :) But if you´ll get one, I want one as well ;)

...Stefka, I got this message from a ZooChat Moderator... Hi Washaw, Just to let you know at the moment sim is in Colombia trekking and will be away for a few weeks yet, it is he that deals with the payment side of things and i am sure he will contact you on his return.

Problem is resolved. Got this email from Simon today: "Apologies for taking so long to action this - I've been overseas for the past couple of months with limited internet time.
I've added an extra month to the length of your support subscription to compensate.
Thanks for your support - it is very much appreciated. Simon"

Apologies everyone - I have indeed been overseas (Colombia) for the past several months and have had limited internet time (a lot less than I had hoped for actually).

I haven't actually been trekking - that would have been nice, but a bit difficult with two young kids to look after as well.

I did managed to get to visit Cali Zoo again and also Parque Jaime Duque near Bogota - I'll upload photos when I get a chance.
