I am planning to stay in Singapore for 6 days in September. And I plan to make Mandai Wildlife Reserve every day for 6 days, if I make a reservation using an annual pass, will I be able to go to the zoo and bird paradise during the day and the night safari at night every day for 6 days?

Technically yes. But you are required to book an admission slot before each visit. Each membership ID can book up to 3 admission slots across the 4 parks at any time, and admission timings are subject to availability.
