A small private reptile exhibition in village Modrá opened in 2018 and closed sometime this winter 2023/2024.
The collection together with its owner moved into a house facing parking lot of sculpture exhibit "Kovozoo" in Staré Město (Uherské Hradiště). It opened to visitors again past weekend. On show it has 55 species of reptiles, frogs and invertebrates - usual species you can see in a pet store, plus a few venomous snakes and a lone caiman. Not worth a visit unless you are in town anyway.
Adult fee for Terarium alone is 120 CZK (5 euro), combi ticket with kovozoo is 240 CZK (10 euro).
Kovozoo sold 132.600 tickets in 2022. I don´t expect the Terarium to publish its future attendance figures but hopefully they get a few ten thousands.
