Hi everyone, I'm Abbey, and although I've been on the forum for a little while now, I spend the vast majority of my time in the Australia forums and thus never got around to posting an introduction.
I'm currently studying across a variety of disciplines, focusing on communications, writing, theology and law. I'm anticipating that 2023 will be my final year as a full-time student, but will continue studying part-time after that.
I also work part-time for a local church, and a justice movement, as well as writing and creating content (including often about zoos) for Huldah Media: https://www.huldahmedia.org/
My home zoo is Taronga Zoo (in Sydney, Australia), which I've been going along to since I was an infant. I've visited a number of zoos across Australia, with my one overseas zoo experience being Howletts Wild Animal Park, during a family trip to Europe in 2015.
