Chester Zoo The date for walk and talk with the Curator of Mammals 23/6/2012

Much appreciated walk and talk. A real big thank you to both Tim and zoogiraffe for organising this informative and fun day event!

Thanks from me and Chris too. It's been several months since we were last at the zoo so it was nice to have a guided tour of some of the changes with a little background information about each exhibit. It sounds like there's an exciting time ahead for the zoo and it's nice to feel a little bit part of it.

Just to add my thanks too. I concur with everybody else; it was an excellent day.

Many thanks to the Curator of Mammals, Tim Rowlands, for such an interesting and informative talk; special thanks also to “zoogiraffe” for organising it.

It was also a really nice opportunity to meet up with old friends and meet some other Zoo Chat members that I didn’t know so that I can now put faces to the names.

It was indeed a great day :) myself and Hel both enjoyed it a lot; both the walk-and-talk itself and meeting of old and new friends!

And the Philippine Spotted fawn was the cherry on the cake! :D

I have passed on everybodys thanks to Tim.

Also just so that people know we raised £310 towards the current EAZA campaign,so thanks to everyone that attended in helpping to raise this money.

That is very good news, I can't think of anything to say that has not already been posted, so thanks to Zoogiraffe and Tim Rowlands.

And to the person who asked me how many bongos there were, I'm already plotting my revenge.
