Well seeing as nobody has started this yet after seeing Kiangs comment in the Australian part of the forum,thought I would get the ball rolling!

Colchester Zoo is the only place in the UK that you can see the following species,
Chaco Chachalaca (Ortalis canicollis)
Feathertail glider (Acrobates pygmaeus)
Giant plated lizard (Gerrhosaurus validus)
Luzon rufous hornbill (Buceros hydrocorax hydrocorax)
Northern Black Colobus (Colobus guereza caudatus)
Orangutan(no subspecies-status) (Pongo pygmaeus)
Silvered Leaf-monkey (Trachypithecus cristatus)
Slender-snouted crocodile (Crocodylus cataphractus)
Southern tamandua (Tamandua tetradactyla longicaudata)
Spotted hyena (Crocuta crocuta)
Sumatran Rhinoceros Hornbill (Buceros rhinoceros rhinoceros)
 
I'll do the obvious:

Pandas at edinburgh ;)

Polar bears at HWP. Am I right in thinking that their new musk oxen are unique too.

Well the Giant Panda and Musk Ox certainly are,as for the Polar Bear depends if you cound Heythrop which does have open days so this Bear can be seen!!
 
Yes the Musk Oxen are unique to HWP.

Dartmoor- Syrian brown Bear*

* I am right in saying Dartmoor have a female Syrian brown bear?
 
Short-Beaked echidna Tachyglossus aculeatus-Paignton.
Arabian striped hyena Hyaena sultana-Twycross.
Brown hyena Parahyaena brunnea- Port Lympne.

Paignton- Nine-banded armadillo (?)
Living Coasts- Pigeon guillemot, tufted puffin, red-legged kittiwake, bank cormorant
 
Whipsnade- gaur

London - grey slender loris, Panay cloud rat, austrailian water rat ( not 100% on that1)

Curraghs wildlife park- marsh mongoose

Greater Bamboo Lemurs are also at Port Lympne (or were pre-rearrangement); Prehensile-tailed Porcupine also at Cotswold. :)
