I created a species list for this facility:

The zoo officially opened in January 29th, and is probably the newest zoo in Malaysia.
It is a common private roadside zoo in Malaysia, with some interesting species.
The enclosures are small and artificial, but maintained clean and meet minimum requirements.
However, some of the animals were kept in "temporary cages", waiting for their enclosures to be built. These were really small.
Parts of the zoo is still under construction, with unoccupied land and enclosures in the facility.
It is planning to expand in the near future, and increase the number of holding species.
Here is the species list. I have added the facility and species list to Zootierliste, so I will follow its format for the list.
I have also added the number of individuals and gender, but might not be very accurate.
