So, I'm aware that Tibetan Foxes were kept in the Amsterdam Zoo (ARTIS) apprently in 1892, and further into the early 1900's, and in the London Zoo from 1922 -1936. Are there any photos of them anywhere? Or any evidence that can be provided about their history in captivity? Along with Tibetan Foxes in captivity, I found a video on Youtube that contains a single Tibetan Fox clearly in some sort of zoo or captive setting. I don't have Facebook or TikTik so I can't check those provided platforms, however, I did check their Instagram. I found nothing. I'll post it here for anyone curious but it's sort of a mystery to me. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/CaoG4o6rqFg.
I believe this user either recorded this themselves, or has been taking media from some other platform. All of their videos are with Pallas' Cats, but the exhibit design of the cats and this fox seem to align, so I believe they are infact the original poster.
