Tranining sea lion

Hey everyone!

I was hoping someone could help me? I am trying to train our sea lion how to jump over a hurdle bar with the ball on his nose. I don't really know where to start. He is pretty secure with the plain ball balance, he knows how to swim and walk with ball on his nose.
I hope there are some other trainers on this forum that can help me.

I used to train sealions and I know John did. Do you mean you want to have the sealion jump over the bar while in the water? Is the sealion in a tank or pool?
