Trees

Having made visits to Paignton and Twycross recently, and seeing large numbers of trees felled at both. Is this an unfortunate knock on effect from What happened at Manor House in Tenby?

I am unaware of what happened at Tenby but could the large number if trees being felled be linked to the recent storms? I know there have been lots of trees felled in my neck of the woods as they have been weakened and had the potential of causing injury or damage.
