Fort Worth Zoo Trip to Fort Worth Zoo

Hi everyone,

I'm new to Zoochat, so I hope to meet and discuss about wildlife with everybody here in the future. I'm soon going to the Fort Worth Zoo for the first time and I wanted to ask everyone about their favorite exhibits, animals, and things I should do while there. Hello there.

Last I visited was in 2018, shortly after their African Savannah expansion was opened to the public. That would probably be the highlight exhibit for me. The primate exhibits were pretty good as well. Since then, they've had several other expansions and renovations as part of their 'A Wilder Vision' project; their most recent, Predators of Asia and Africa, opened in June this year. So there is definitely a lot to look forward to.

The zoo has an amazing exhibit for a god-like animal and it is............. Nile Hippos.
