Tropical World have recently welcomed two female Armadillos from Edinburgh Zoo, to pair up with their males. They have also had some Egyptian Fruit Bat pups born.
 
On February 12th, 2024, it was announced that the zoo transferred 3 pancake tortoises named Blueberry, Dutch, and Nate to All Things Wild in Worcestershire.

On April 16th, the zoo announced they acquired 2 eastern-collared lizards named Cersei and Jamie which are on display in the Creature Corner area.
