Twycross Zoo Twycross Zoo lorry crash

Cricky, I'm so glad that the driver or any animals or workers at the zoo were not hurt. I hope the driver make a recovery soon from his shock of the accident.

I will take a look this weekend at the new aviary as I work at the zoo. Lets still hope the new Bornean Longhouse will be opened on the day as planned.

I don't work with any animals at Twycross but I do get to see them as much as i can. I work as a volunteer for the Twycross Zoo Association (TZA).

Dam that is where i did my work ex, i went in there when it was being built to feed some off the animals they had in there, so i dont know where this bit came from (not started stocking the aviary with storks, cranes and ibis.) As i was there quite a while ago when they was building it and had the birds in, as well as spoonbills and ibis. If it is the same avairy, right next to the road, walk though.
