The card is made in Germany, so it could be a German zoo. Which one has or had a green building?

Very strange, I've never seen of this zoo before. I can't identify the elephant as I do not know the zoo it's in and there is no promonent identification that I would of stumbled across. Very good question you asked though!

Having studied this photo, I have determined the background is the green woodwork around the Centre Court at Wimbledon. So the elephant is treading down the substrate (sand) so the turf can be laid ready for the two weeks in June. Anyone for strawberries???

Its also being trained as a 'ballelephant' to retrieve the tennis balls. You'll see it in June....
