USA current list of non AZA facilities

I am finding this a rather confusing thread. Is this to be a list of non-AZA institutions in the USA? Is it to be a list of their websites? What justifies the inclusion of Michigan State University?

apparently the Michigan State University, Zoology Department, which maintains the website for current list of non AZA accredited zoos, aquariums, nature and wildlife centers, and refuges in the USA will not allow me to transmit the correct website. You will have to freelance to gain access.
