Useful info on mixed species exhibits for your reference

Does anyone know what animals you can mix with eastern black rhinos?, tried to find them on here but couldn’t sadly

I'll quote myself. ;) Here's an excerpt from my Snowleopard's 2022 Road Trip: Denmark, Sweden & Norway thread from my August 5th visit to Ree Park Safari in Denmark.

"The big African Savanna is a real highlight, if one can ignore the annoying jeeps. There’s a lot of space, many vantage points along the track, and large herds of Rothschild’s Giraffes, Impala (at least 20), Common Eland, Blue Wildebeest (20), Defassa Waterbuck (20), Grant’s Zebras, several Ostriches and most shocking of all is that I saw an Eastern Black Rhino lumbering amongst the crowd. Not many zoos in the world add that rhino species to a big savanna setting."

If feel, that for the success or not of a mixed exhibit, size is often more important than the species used. Also, personality of individual animals and design.
