Satu at Taronga Was Born in Stuttgart. For anyone interested in Tigers. One of TWPZ's Tiger Keepers has made a 2010 Calender with photo's of tigers that have spent time at TWPZ (including Satu at Taronga and Sendiri and Dumai at Orana?) This Chinese New Year marks the year of the tiger and the profits from the Calender go to 21st Century Tiger. It has a brief history on 7 Individual Tigers plus loads of facts and heaps of pictures.

My favourite part of the Calender is the birthdates and the tigers ages are printed on the dates.

That was somebody's original idea. Probably an architect's. Of course, the fact that alligators are not found in South America is something that only pedants (like ZooChatters) would be aware of.
