Catoctin has mandarin duck, mute swan, radjah shelduck, ruddy shelduck.
Cincinnati has spotted whistling.
Livingston Ripley Waterfowl also has Bernier's teal, ferruginous duck, and ringed teal. It was partially closed on my visit so I can't say if any species listed are no longer there.
Louisville has Cape Barren goose.
Lupa has black swan.
Metro Richmond has barnacle goose, black-bellied whistling duck, Egyptian goose, green-winged teal, mandarin duck, rosy-billed pochard, southern screamer.
Miller Zoo definitely has captive Canada goose and snow goose, plus black swan.
Montreal Biodome does NOT have king eider, just common now.
Philadelphia also has swan goose, Bernier's teal, and silver teal.
You're welcome, and as I expected there's a lot of updates coming in! I will probably not provide a posted update for a little while though due to the sheer bulk of this one.
Minnesota has not kept Trumpeter Swan for quite some time, but they still might still show on species lists because there's a lot of wild ones in and around the zoo's grounds. Keep this in mind for future updates.
What taxonomy are you using? I'm asking because these genus names don't align with what I've usually seen (which is Neochen for Orinoco Goose, and Chloephaga including the Andean Goose). I'm not saying you're wrong, just interested in what source you are using.
That would be Cornell's Birds of the World - they do a pretty good job of keeping it up to date with the presently accepted taxonomy. (Hence also the relumping of Chen into Anser)
Which species is Anas undulata? That's the one Rosamond Gifford keeps, and they sign is as "African Yellow-billed Duck". There are two many ducks with yellow bills for these names to make sense!
A. undulata is Yellow-billed Duck. I mean to add scientific names in this version but I forgot to, my bad. I have added them to the master however and so they will be properly clear next update.
It doesn't surprise me they have brazilian teals behind the scenes, nor does it surprise me they have some waterfowl ambassadors. I'm not sure if bts species should be listed in this thread or not, but I'll leave that judgment up to @Great Argus.
If it is potentially visible to the public in some way I say it counts. I do tend to list bts species, with some slight variance depending on rarity/confirmation status - I list all kiwis for example but am less likely to add a Great Horned Owl kept fully bts.
I've never seen any evidence of eiders at Franklin Park Zoo. Unless this was acquired in the past year, I don't think they keep the species. @ZooElephantsMan might be able to confirm.
I haven't visited in a couple months so I might be a little out of the loop, but I was also unable to find concrete evidence of any Eider species living at FPZ presently. The only Eiders I definitely remember FPZ keeping are Spectacled Eiders (they even bred them!), but that species is not kept by FPZ anymore (at least publicly), and I don't know whether they (or any other Eiders) are still kept at the zoo behind the scenes.

I'll make a note of this - as a whole wild vs captive is an issue that confounds this group.
Drat, thought I got them all...
They may be held bts, I'll probably indeed add a question mark unless someone confirms.

Correct.
Present - that is White-cheeked Pintail (Anas bahamiensis)

You must've spent more time checking the list as I missed that this species wasn't listed. @Great Argus, did you accidentally forget to copy and paste the holders for this species from your "master list" or were you not aware of any holders?

NEW Zoo has switched over from keeping Barrow's Goldeneye to Common Goldeneye. I'm not sure when this happened, possibly it was several years ago, but I didn't notice until my most recent visit a few weeks ago.
Cincinnati keeps White-faced and Spotted Whistling-Ducks, Red-breasted Goose, Yellow-billed Duck, and New Zealand Scaup.
I don't think Bay Beach still keeps Canada Goose, Trumpeter Swan, or Canvasback. There's a few other species I suspect might be gone as well but I think I'll wait on those.
Timbavati Wildlife Park keeps Red-breasted Goose.
DeYoung no longer keeps Mute Swan.
Glacier Ridge Animal Farm has closed to the public, all listings you have for it can be removed.
Living Treasures Moraine/New Castle has the following signed and confirmed:
-Australian shelduck
-Common shelduck
-Paradise shelduck
-Ruddy shelduck
-Knob-billed duck (signed as Old world comb duck)
-Mandarin duck
-Redhead
-Wood duck (American)
-Domestic call ducks
-Bar-headed goose
-Barnacle goose
-Magpie Goose
