That looks like some sort of news aggregator site that pulls in Zoochat's RSS feeds. Just don't give them your CC details or agree to help transfer money out of Nigeria. ;)

Interestingly the threads shown on this site do not seem random, rather they are threads that have been started or visited by user. Or is it just me?

There aren't any common posters on the threads, and I have never visited some of the threads that showed up on the link, so your guess is as good as mine.
