What are some "boring" birds that are actually quite extraordinary?

Long story short, I was wondering what are some seemingly "boring" birds that have (a) trait(s) that actually make them rather fascinating? I can think of quite a few myself but I obviously suffer from a North American bias, so I'd be curious to hear what birds the public in other places of the world consider "boring."

(For reference I am asking this because I want to make a video about it for my new YouTube channel.)

Dunnocks have interesting, uh, breeding habits.

Dippers also immediately come to mind.
