Los Angeles Zoo & Botanical Gardens What new exhibits does the LA Zoo need after Rainforest of the Americas?

Right now, they're opening new Habitats for Cape Vultures and Trumpeter Swans.
I wouldn't call the upcoming trumpeter swan exhibit new. It's just a long overdue update of an old exhibit. That pond has been there for decades -- I have photos of black-necked swans in it from 2012 and trumpeter swans in 2018.

How bout a cool jungle exhibit for the harapan the sumatran rhino. Also include anoa, orangutan, komodo dragon, sun bear, sumatran tiger, vanities, sulawesi macaque, short clawed offer, dismantle, white handed gibbon, cendrawasih.
what does vanities,dismatle, and cndrawasih?

What were the original master plan for the zoo in 1998 just being curious

In 1998 there was a funding bond passed by voters for several projects at the zoo. Over the next several years it funded the renovation of the zoo entrance, the education building, the sea lion and seal exhibit, the LAIR, the elephant exhibit, the great ape exhibits, and the Rainforest of the Americas.

Originally they also planned to build a new hippo exhibit, but it got cancelled due to cost overruns of the other projects.
