What sea turtle species have you seen?

Just three species, green sea turtles, loggerhead sea turtles, and a hawksbill sea turtle.

I have all but leatherback and flatback. The former I hope to see in the wild someday (my friend actually has once while snorkeling off Catalina) and the latter perhaps somewhere in captivity.

I've seen green, loggerhead, hawksbill, and Olive ridley turtles at SeaWorld San Diego.

In the wild, I've snorkeled with green sea turtles in Hawaii (they're surprisingly common there, even at crowded beaches)

I believe between SeaWorld and the South Carolina Aquarium I have seen most of the sea turtle species, save the leatherback and probably the flatback.
