What UK Zoos have which Leopard Subspecies

For questions like these, I can highly recommend Zootierliste, a wonderful database.

Look up any leopard subspecies in the search bar, scroll down to United Kingdom on that subspecies' entry, and it will give you a list, which is normally quite up-to-date for big animals like leopards. Alternatively, go to 'mammals,' then to 'carnivores' and then 'big cats' and find leopard subspecies on that list.

The majority are Amurs, but Exmoor and Lincolnshire have hybrids, Howletts and the Big Cat Sanctuary have North Chinese, and Banham has Sri Lankan. :)

Do you happen to know where the North Chinese Leopards are at Howletts? I visited yesterday, they're not on the map and I saw no signage for them at all so I must have missed them

They are located next to the snow leopards for some reason they have Amur leopards signs up at the exhibit

Ah thanks, that's a shame. If I had known they were there I would have stayed around the enclosure a little longer to try and spot them
