I was reading Beneath the Surface by John Hargrove, and I realized that sooner or later, Seaworld is going to have three empty, yet expensive tanks in three of their parks once the last generation of orcas there pass away. What do you think the company will do with these tanks?

The scenario you state is a long time in coming so SeaWorld itself may only just be beginning to think about it. If at all. They still have a fair few younger orcas that will live a great many years yet. So really any answers provided would be complete speculation.

I recommend not reading ARA trash.
So you'd prefer to remain in an echo chamber? And only listen to what zoos and aquariums tell you? I look at both sides and form my opinions. Neither side is completely right and both have their points. Also, I was only asking about the future of Seaworld.

They will demolish them and build a roller coaster to replace the stadium. Sea World is transitioning to a coaster type park like Six Flags.
Agree. SeaWorld would love to get out of the cetacean business. And kids nowadays are more into amusement rides and high tech stuff.

Like I said, speculation. :p

Well lies are echos and ARA's are chock full of them...

Also, I was only asking about the future of Seaworld.

The future of SeaWorld still will have orcas in it for a long time. Their oldest Orca is 53, they still have 9 whales under that age of 20, a couple under 10. All three parks will probably maintain the species for at least another decade at minimum.

Oh, we're doing this again? Great. No, I don't stay in an echo chamber. I listen to legit sources and not ones that are trying to manipulate me. I also don't listen to sources that are trying to get rid of all animal ownership.
