I really have no idea. Not sure I have seen even as many as 6 species at one zoo.

Tierpark Chemnitz currently keeps something like 45 species of salamander, of which about half are on-display.
wow , thats more species than many zoos have herpetological in total species

In North America, it should be Detroit Zoo. I am unsure on the amount of species they have. Behind the scenes should be around 10 species and on exhibit is around 15 on exhibit the latest species list was missing a few habitats due to contruction.
