How's it going guys? It's great to finally be a member of ZooChat! My name is Kevin and I'm from Connecticut, USA. I'm a college student studying Psychology (with a bit of a BioPsychological focus), a zoo enthusiast, and a big fan of wildlife. I've volunteered and worked at an AZA facility for a number of years and have spent most of my time as a zoo educator while also doing my fair share of husbandry.
I've been fortunate enough to have visited quite a few wildlife institutions throughout my travels, and am always eager to learn more about places I have never been to yet. I'm especially excited for this summer, for (if everything goes according to plan) it looks like I'll be visiting the Philadelphia Zoo, the National Zoo, and will be making multiple trips to the Bronx Zoo. Although I try not to play favorites in terms of animal species, there's a special place in my heart for reptiles and prosimians.
I'm definitely looking forward to meeting a bunch of you guys, sharing knowledge and experience, and hopefully uploading a good amount of photos I've taken.
