Chester Zoo Where are the Kirks Dik Dik?

They are exhibited near the Gemsbok, I suggest going early if you want to catch a glimpse of them. If you walk around the monkey island from the entrance and turn right towards the gemsbok housing they are on the corner.
 
As Taun has said they are in the small paddock by the Gemsbok which housed surplus male Phillipine Spotted Deer for a while.

They are showing beautifully now and on my last few visits they have been visible at all times, even coming right up to the fence. They have settled nicely and are, in my opinion, a great exhibit.

They seem to just not like me and my camera then. :p

They are a nice little exhibit and have seen quite a few people have a quick glance and not see a thing and move on when they have been out and about all along.
