Which mouse opossums would be best?

I recall I was working on an encyclopaedic project; and was compiling the list for a 'foundational' series of animal species-profiles. [So that I know which species will definitely be included]
So for animal-groups with especially large numbers of similarly looking species, I have decided to restrict them to a few species. But in doing so, one group I was particularly struggling with was mouse-opossums. Most mouse opossums look alike, so I figured two may be enough. And so the question became - which two? Which would be most feasible?
[Note that I am in the UK]
