Georgia Aquarium White Alligators at Georgia Aquarium

Georgia Aquarium is keeping now White Alligators. It seems, they replace the normal coloured alligators.

@Tarsius: thanks for the update! The world's largest aquarium continues its policy of adding a new animal (or species) every few months, and this makes it much more appealing for repeat visitors.

But the white alligators are not an own species, just a colour variation. I think, they are the same for aquariums, as like as white lions or white tigers are for some zoos.

So its a little bit sad, Georgia Aquarium has now white alligators. I know, they are popular in the USA and people like them, but such animals take away the place for really endangerd species.
