So not actually closing - appealing for financial support due to rising costs.
So will likely close without said financial support
No - they are under greater financial pressure (as all collections) but the statement makes no reference to likelihood or certainty of closure.

I'm quite surprised by their comment, they have 40 monkeys and it costs 50,000 a month to run!
Somehow screams over staffing or poor management.....
