Louisville Zoo Woolly Monkeys at Louisville Zoo

Does the Louisville Zoo still have woolly monkeys? If so, are they on exhibit anywhere? I would love to see them on a visit next month!

Not sure if they still have them but they are no longer on exhibit.

We do still have one named Tomas, but he's off exhibit for the foreseeable future. Tomas is the last woolly monkey left in North America and is also currently the second oldest individual ever at the zoo at 26. However, if you're very luck if you go to the giraffe house on the far left of the building on the outside is a keeper gate if you peak around the corner you have a chance of seeing his outdoor holding yard but that's the closest you'll be able to see.

That's too bad. I remember Lowry Park/Zoo Tampa having them a long time ago.
